This includes recruitment, appointment of doctors, booking of locum cover, issuing of contracts, health and police checks and dealing with all relevant enquiries concerning the employment of medical staff.
The medical personnel manager and the medical recruitment officer are based at Canterbury and we have dedicated medical personnel officers on both the Margate and Ashford sites. We aim to give an efficient and effective service both to the Trust and to the doctors employed by the Trust. We encourage doctors to contact us with their difficulties or queries.
