If you are eligible, you can claim your refund at the hospital or clinic at the time of your appointment. Please bring proof that you should have a refund, such as proof of a qualifying benefit (like an award notice), a tax credit exemption certificate or a certificate showing you qualify for the NHS low income support scheme.
