I am honoured to have been elected to represent the staff with their views and concerns regarding the trust and how we can positively impact on improvements and innovation in the coming years.  I have worked within the EKHUFT for the last 36 years, training at Buckland where I started my theatre career, subsequently working at the William Harvey and latterly at Kent & Canterbury Hospital.

I currently work  as Main theatres co-ordinator, but I also assisted in setting up the current robotic services in theatre, advancing my role as a Robotic Patient Side Assistant, the service  has flourished over the last 10 years and is recognised nationally for the work we do in urology. I am passionate about working for the NHS and want to ensure that I can contribute in some way to improving working lives and staff satisfaction and of course to improve outcomes for patients and visitors alike.
