What is the Disabled Staff Council?

The Disability Council is a network group with the objective of giving staff with disabilities a voice. The NHS Equality and Diversity Council (EDC) have recommended that the Work Force Disability Standard (WDES) becomes mandate by 2018. By having a disability network we have the opportunity to have a direct link to staff that are able to raise concerns and issues.

Come and join us... use your voice.

Who can belong to this network?
Anyone. The network is open to all staff who wish to make the Trust a better place to be and who share the aspirations and aims of the Disability Network.

Next meeting:
Tuesday 8 August 2017, 1:00pm - 3:00pm
Tutorial Room, Education Centre, Kent & Canterbury Hospital

How can I get involved?
Simply come along to any advertised meeting or email Susan Abbott
