PLACES STILL AVAILABLE for Black History Month CPD Event
We are delighted to invite our colleagues along to our Black History Month event on Thursday 25th October 2018 between 9.30am and 11.30am in the Auditorium at Maidstone Hospital. This is a CPD event open to ALL staff - you don't have to be from an ethnic background to participate.
This year's focus is on inspirational black people in healthcare. We are really excited to have some fabulous guests speakers talking about their journeys of success!
- 9.30am - 10am Preeya Bailie - Chief Procurement Officer at NHS Improvement
- 10.00am - 10.30am Professor Jacqueline Dunkley-Bent OBE - Head of Maternity Children and Young People, NHS England
- 10.30am - 11.00am Mildred Johnson - Chief Pharmacist at MTW
- 11.00am - 11.30am Mrs Rantimi Ayodele - Consultant Paediatric Trauma & Orthopaedic Consultant at MTW
Preeya and Rantimi are featured Inspirational Women at MTW whilst Millie has many years of NHS experience in the field of Pharmacy and Jackie, with over 30 years midwifery experience, has recently been a guest judge on the Great British Menu!!
