Professional background
Luisa has 20 years’ corporate commercial experience with significant revenue targets and budget responsibilities. Throughout a diverse career spanning strategy consulting, telecom start-ups, and at Royal Mail as Commercial Director, Luisa has improved quality of service for customers by delivering improvement initiatives that focus on customer needs. She has a proven track record of developing customer-centric transformation strategies and of delivering major digital change initiatives in large, regulated organisations.
Prior to joining East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust, Luisa was a Non-Executive Director at Camden and Islington NHS Trust, where she focused on digital transformation, and a Non-Executive Director at CILEx Regulation, the independent regulator of CILEx lawyers. At CILEX Regulation, Luisa focused on the development of a more diverse legal profession.
Luisa is committed to ensuring that the consumer is at the centre of decision making.

Luisa has just started as Director of Digital, Customer and Commercial Services at Dudley Council.
