Unfortunately due to the ENT and Ophthalmology clinics being emergency clinics you are given a time but this is only a guide, high priority patients will be seen first – a notice is displayed on reception
| It would be helpful if staff would look directly at hard of hearing patients when talking to them |
| All staff have been reminded of the necessity to be aware of each individual patients needs |
