We need your help...
We are asking patients, carers and members of the public to show their appreciation to a team or member of staff who have gone the extra mile to provide outstanding care and commitment to them or their family.
The Patient Choice Award recognises those who:
- go out of their way to support a patient's needs
- treat patients with dignity and respect
- put the patients at the heart of everything they do.
