East Kent Hospitals Consultant Surgeon and Otologist, Ms Codruta Neumann has been awarded a Certificate of Excellence from the popular healthcare review website iWantGreatCare.
iWantGreatCare shares over five million reviews and has awarded Certificates of Excellence 2018 to those clinicians who are most highly and consistently recommended by their patients.
Codruta said: "iWantGreatCare is a unique way of understanding what patients really think about the treatment and care they receive.
“It gives all clinicians and healthcare providers the chance to listen to what patients are telling them and see how they can continue to improve. I love getting feedback from patients and really appreciate the fact that iWantGreatCare gives all my patients the opportunity to feedback anonymously.”
One patient said: “Ms Neumann is an exceptional surgeon. Her diagnosis is very good and she is able to articulate the diagnosis in layman terms for the benefit of patients. She is approachable and responds well to patient queries.”
