Assessment And Rehabilitation

Although there is no definitive cure for Tinnitus sufferers often benefit from the ‘East Kent Holistic Tinnitus Approach’ with a combination of Combination Advice & guidance, Hearing Devices, Hearing Aids, Environmental aid demonstrations, counseling and support the tinnitus sufferer to self-manage their tinnitus perception.

We use the following:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming
  • Stress and Anxiety Management
  • Relaxation exercises
  • Mindfulness
