An App called Breast Cancer Kent is now available to download for all breast cancer patients. This App has been designed by the Consultants and Nurses at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust and is funded by Breast Cancer Kent.
As a newly diagnosed breast cancer patient, you may find yourself overwhelmed with leaflets, booklets and information sheets. This works well for some patients, however, if you prefer to browse information in a digital format, then the new Breast Cancer Kent App may well be for you.
It is available to download from the App Store or GooglePlay and provides patients with reliable information about their diagnosis and treatment. So far, feedback from patients is excellent and the App is proving to be an extremely valuable tool to breast cancer patients who can use it to tailor information and support appropriate to their needs.
The East Kent Hospitals aspect of this App is currently being developed, however, it is up and running and available to use for all breast cancer patients across Kent and Medway.
