Patient Experience Team (formerly known as PALS)
Service description

PET helps to resolve any problems or concerns you may have. They listen to your views and experiences and alert hospital staff if any changes need to be made to services.   

The Team provides patients with information about local health services such as GP services.   

You are welcome to come to one of the offices in person; they are usually manned from 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, or telephone at any time. A messaging service is available and you will be called back within 24 hours or, the following Monday if your message is left at the weekend.
