Infant Feeding Team - patient information

The information on this page is designed to help and support you and your family as you make decisions around feeding your baby.  We hope it will help you get feeding off to a good start.

Your midwife will talk to you about feeding your baby during your pregnancy and make sure you have adequate information to make decisions about how you choose to feed your baby.

East Kent Hospitals is working towards becoming accredited as Baby Friendly by Unicef and have currently achieved stage 1. Further information about the accreditation can be found at
