Alan Squirrell Satellite Dialysis Unit, Medway

Medway hospital is about 35 miles from Canterbury. Renal cover is provided by two visiting Consultant Nephrologists from Canterbury who hold clinics, supervise the care of haemodialysis patients and review patients admitted to intensive care unit and general wards.

This unit has 12 stations with facilities to dialyse 48 patients.  

The Unit is open Monday to Saturday 6.30am to 7.00pm. There are two shifts a day:

Morning

Patients start coming in at 6.30am

Afternoon

Patients start coming in at 12.30pm
