Attendance policy

If the patient fails to attend an appointment and does not inform us, it will be classed as a Did Not Attend (DNA). If the patient fails to then contact us within 48 hours they will be discharged from the Hand Therapy Service.

If the patient DNA’s twice they will automatically be discharged from the Hand Therapy Service.

If the patient has been discharged they will need a new referral in order to recommence therapy.
