As part of the East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust we have access to a number of classes that patients can be referred into if appropriate including:

Osteoarthritis of the thumb class– education and rehabilitation class for patients who have osteoarthritis of the thumb

Hand class– mainly for further rehabilitation in a group setting following distal radius fractures

Aquatic Therapy – for low load range of movement exercises with support from the water
