Being inactive increases the risk of developing long term health problems such as heart disease, strokes, diabetes, cancer, dementia, depression – the list seems to get longer all the time. In fact, being inactive is rather risky behaviour! This booklet explains why it is important for kidney patients to exercise and outlines some of the exercises they can do.
