Everyone’s opinion matters in this department, and the consultants are all very supportive and approachable.
They are very open to new ideas and different ways of doing things, and constantly looking to improve.
There is always a strong consultant presence on the unit and it’s a busy unit with a varied case mix, which means as a trainee you get to see a good range of patients.
The multi-disciplinary team works well together and it’s a great department to be in.
I wanted to come here because of positive feedback from other trainees who have worked here and I would definitely recommend it to others.
