Referring General Practitioners can now send patients to the East Kent Hospitals Fertility Centre in a quick and efficient manner via an online referral form.
We are pleased to provide this service that will continue to make referring a patient to the EKHUFT Fertility Service an easy experience and helps minimises waiting times from referral to treatment.
How to refer
Please download, fill and email/fax the form below which contains all the necessary tests prior to the referral at the EKHUFT fertility service.
