East Kent Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust (the Trust) is the Data Controller* for personal data about staff, patients and other service users processed by the Trust.

We do not trade your personal data for commercial purposes and will only disclose it if it is necessary to provide our services, is required by law or where necessary for other purposes, with your consent. The Trust uses only UK or European Economic Area-based providers to process your data. EKHUFT is now part of a wider healthcare record sharing service, the Kent and Medway Care Record (KMCR).
