Giving Feedback

We would like to know about your experience of using our healthcare services. The different ways to give us your feedback or get involved in developing our services are:

Compliments, concerns or complaints

The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) provide a point of contact for patients, their families and their carers to offer feedback or ask questions about our services. You can pay a compliment, provide feedback about your care or ask for help if you have any queries or concerns. If you need to make a complaint they will put you in touch with the complaints team.

Patients awaiting surgery

If you need to find out how long it will be before your surgery, please refer to the information on the patients waiting for treatment pages If you still have any queries, please contact the PALS team.

Join a Participation Group

If you’d like to get involved in our Patient Participation Action Group or community engagement groups, and have your say about how our services develop, please visit our Patient Involvement pages or email ekhuft.patientvoice@nhs.net for more information.

Tell us your story

If you have a story to tell about your experience of using our services, we’d like to hear from you. Your feedback will help us to understand our patient and carers’ experience of healthcare. This survey is offered to in-patients during their stay with us to tell us about their experience. If you did not  complete the survey during your stay in hospital, or would like to complete the survey on behalf of a family member, please use the link below. The survey is anonymous. Your feedback will be shared with the ward and with Trust managers and used to make improvements where needed.
