Welcome to the East Kent Hospitals patient information directory.

At East Kent Hospitals we understand that some of our patients will need information in an Easy Read format (pictures and words). This directory of leaflets covers a wide range of subjects. We hope that these will help those patients with learning disabilities understand more about their care.

To search our Easy Read patient leaflets you can type words in the “keywords” box, use the A-Z list, or scroll through the list. For example:

  • Type a word in the Keywords box, for example type ‘hearing’ in the box and click on the Search button.
  • Click on one of the letters in the A-Z, for example click on T to see all the leaflets that start with the letter T.
  • Scroll through the list of leaflets.

Once you have found the title you want, click on the underlined leaflet title.
