East Kent Hospitals offers a unique research environment, with a dedicated Clinical Research Facility, access to a richly diverse population, Research Delivery Teams across its three acute hospital sites, and tailored, comprehensive research support from conception to publication.
What we do
Our dedicated Research and Innovation team delivers a dynamic, patient-centred portfolio of studies in the latest treatments and therapies.
We lead projects nationally and internationally across evolving specialities, with particular notability in kidney disease, rare bleeding disorders, engineering and assistive technologies, neuro-rehabilitation, health informatics and modelling, orthodontics and gynaecological cancer.
We continuously develop new research areas and welcome proposals across all clinical specialities.
