Appointments in next 24hrs

If your appointment is in the next 24 hours: Please ring the phone number shown on your appointment letter as soon as possible.  

For NHS e-Referral appointments

For NHS e-Referral appointments only, you can change or cancel your appointment via the NHS e-Referral Service website or call the NHS e-Referral service telephone on 03456 088 888. NHS e-Referral appointments will have an appointment reference number and a password. You may have one if you have been referred to a specialist by your GP.
