The Audiology department provides a comprehensive hearing service covering all areas of east Kent. Our main sites are; Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury, Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate, and William Harvey Hospital in Ashford.

We aim to provide an effective and responsive service to meet and understand your hearing needs.

Facilities

The main Audiology clinics are based at Kent & Canterbury Hospital. Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital and William Harvey Hospital.

We are able to offer tinnitus management and hearing therapy at all our main sites, however all our Balance and Vestibular testing is carried out at Kent & Canterbury Hospital only.

Other sites offering limited clinics are:

The Royal Victoria Hospital in Folkestone, Buckland Hospital in Dover, Victoria Hospital in Deal, Faversham Health Centre, Queen Victoria Hospital in Herne Bay and Whitstable and Tankerton Hospital in Whitstable.

Regular clinics do operate from these sites but they may not be every week.

    Audiology is situated in Area C of the Outpatients Department; please check in at the Audiology reception when you arrive.

  • William Harvey Hospital, Kennington Road, Willesborough, Ashford, Kent. TN24 0LZ   
    The Audiology reception is situated in Area C of the Outpatients Department. If your appointment is at the Rotary Suite please make your way to the Ear Nose & Throat reception area and wait to be called.

  • Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother - St Peters Road, Margate, Kent. CT9 4AN  
    Audiology is situated in the Outpatient Department. Please check in a the North Foreland Suite reception when you arrive and the audiologist will come and collect you for your appointment.

  • Buckland Hospital - Coombe Valley Road, Dover, Kent. CT17 0HD  
    Audiology is situated in the Outpatients Department, please check in at reception when you arrive.

  • Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone - Radnor Park Avenue, Folkestone, Kent. CT19 5BN   
    Audiology is situated in Clinic B of the Outpatients Department. You will need to take the stairs or the lift to level 2 and check in at Clinic B reception when you arrive.

  • The Faversham Health Centre - Bank Street, Faversham, Kent. ME13 8PR

  • Queen Victoria Memorial Hospital - King Edward Avenue, Herne Bay, Kent. CT6 6EB
