The following links allow access for relevant health professionals to our clinical systems.
You will need a Username and Password to access these systems. You must only access data for patients that consent you to accessing their records.
Note: Most of these links will only work from a secure HSCN (n3) network and some will be limited to certain Trusts/partners.
Pathology
Look up Pathology Results by NHS number and order new tests. Access for staff in GP surgeries should follow their current process for DartOCM account management using their SLE.
